1. General provisions
1.1. The owner and administrator of the website www.greengo.tours (hereinafter: "Service") is the company GreenGo Tours with its registered office in Peru (hereinafter: "Organizer"). 1.2. These regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") define the rules for using the Service, including the terms of booking and participation in trips organized by the Organizer. 1.3. Using the Service means accepting these Regulations.
2. Offer and reservations
2.1. The Organizer offers trips to South and Central American countries, prepared with customers from Poland in mind. 2.2. All details regarding the offered trips, including their program, duration, price and services included in the price, are described on the Website. 2.3. The trip is booked via the form on the website or by contacting the Organizer. 2.4. Making a reservation via the application form is not tantamount to concluding an agreement between the Client and the Organizer on the terms specified in the Regulations. Only the signing of the agreement between the Organizer and the Client is associated with its conclusion.
3. Payments
3.1. All prices listed on the Website are gross prices and expressed in Polish New Zloty (PLN). 3.2. The Client undertakes to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the trip within 7 days of the booking date. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. 3.3. In the case of bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the trip, full payment is required at the time of booking. 3.4. Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer or via online payment systems indicated by the Organizer.
4. Conditions of participation
4.1. The Client is required to have a valid passport and meet visa and health requirements (e.g. vaccinations), if required in the destination country. 4.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the booking form. 4.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the Client's failure to complete the formalities required to enter a given country.
5. Cancellation and changes to reservations
5.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 30 days before the start of the trip, whereby the Organizer reserves the right to retain the deposit. 5.2. In the event of withdrawal from the trip less than 30 days before its start, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the funds paid. 5.3. The Client may change the date of the trip if the Organizer agrees to this. All costs related to such a change are borne by the Client.
6. Organizer's liability
6.1. The Organizer undertakes to carry out the trip in accordance with the description contained in the offer. 6.2. If the Organizer does not carry out the trip, he undertakes to return the advance payment and the remaining amount, if any, within 7 days of termination of the contract. 6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for random events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, decisions of local authorities or flight delays. 6.4. The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused by the Client or resulting from the Client's failure to comply with the tour regulations.

8. Personal data
8.1. The Client consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website. 8.2. The Organizer undertakes to protect the Client's personal data in accordance with applicable Peruvian law.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Regulations are subject to the law in force in Peru. 9.2. Any disputes arising from the performance of the agreement will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of the Organizer. 9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations, but such changes do not affect the terms of agreements concluded before their introduction.
